With views over the River Tweed to the beautiful Peeblesshire countryside beyond, it is the perfect setting in which to relax and enjoy fabulous food, freshly prepared with passion and imagination by our Head chef, Kenny Coltman. Using locally sourced, fresh Scottish produce whenever possible, our menu respects the seasons - as it always should. In spring and summer you can enjoy dishes including fresh asparagus, simply blanched and served with Hollandiase, or hand dived Scottish scallops with fresh pea puree. In winter, game and our own dry-aged Scotch beef take centre stage. We make the best of all the ingredients our wonderful country has to offer and look forward to sharing them with you soon.
